For normal renovations, we aim for 4 to 8 weeks completion, while resale projects are typically 8 to 12 weeks.
We prefer bank transfers for all payments. We also accept cash payments made directly at our office, and we always provide an on-the-spot receipt.
We always prioritise adhering to regulations and safety standards. If a client requests something that is not feasible or legal, we will offer alternative solutions that meet their needs while complying with all relevant regulations.
