Manfred is a very patient guy with no hard selling. He was able to meet deadline and highly responsive. He is always well mannered and soft spoken and accommodative to our needs. We were happy to have our bare unit to transformed to our dream home. My cat is happy with the space and view she has now. Manfred's quotation was highly competitive with the rest of IDs too. Minor rectification work was carried out promptly. Highly recommended, thanks Manfred! ✨️

Very thankful that I’ve engaged Manfred as the ID among the few others as of our first meeting itself, we were comfortable with him. Manfred has been super patience with us and he understands every bit of what we wanted. Manfred and his team are customer oriented, easy to communicate, and provide high quality services. All the consultation, site survey and follow-ups are neatly done. We highly recommend Manfred and his team for renovation!

Punctuality: Excellent Before Work Services: Excellent, as they are very friendly and good listeners who listen to the customers' requirement. They will ensure all the renovation details are properly indicated and articulated to the customers before seeking agreement to the intended material before proceeding with works. During Work Service: Excellent, as they will consistently follow through and provide updates on the respective phases of work. They are very meticulous with work processes as they will ensure customer satisfaction. After Work Services: Excellent, as they will come on site after the renovation is completed, to check with the customer if everything is okay. Work Quality: Excellent, as they check with customers on each phase of work, on the workmanship of the works. I would say my parents and I are very satisfied with the renovation outcome.
